By accessing or using Reception.my, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to hosts who create RSVP pages, guests who submit responses, and anyone who views or interacts with a Reception.my event page.

Reception.my provides tools for creating digital wedding invitation and RSVP pages, collecting guest responses, and managing event details.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We will try to avoid changes that materially disrupt active event pages where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate event information and to update it when needed, especially details that guests rely on such as dates, venues, deadlines, and contact information.

You retain responsibility for the names, photos, text, links, and other content that you upload or publish through Reception.my.

You must not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, invasive of privacy, or infringes another person’s rights. We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe it violates these terms.

Reception.my helps collect RSVP responses and related guest details for event planning. Hosts are responsible for using guest information respectfully and only for legitimate event-related purposes.

Guests should submit accurate information and should not use RSVP forms to send harmful, spammy, or unlawful content.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data at scale, or use Reception.my to send spam or harmful material.

You also agree not to copy, resell, or exploit the service except as expressly permitted by Reception.my.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or issues outside our control.

You are encouraged to keep your own copy of critical guest lists, event details, and planning information.

If Reception.my offers paid plans, add-ons, or premium features, the price and billing terms shown at purchase will apply.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments may be non-refundable once a digital event page or paid feature has been activated.

Reception.my, including its software, templates, interface, branding, and related materials, is owned by Reception.my or its licensors.

You may use the service to create and share your own event pages, but these terms do not transfer ownership of the Reception.my platform or template designs to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reception.my is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, event disruption, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Reception.my for the service giving rise to the claim, or RM100 if no payment was made.

You may stop using Reception.my at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or use the service in a way that may harm Reception.my.

After termination, published pages and account data may become unavailable.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of Reception.my after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
